Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service. Postal Rates do not include GST (HST).

| Ship Complete |
Complete orders will be shipped promptly. If regular stocked items are backordered your order will be held to allow these items to come in. If it is anticipated that some items will take longer than 3 weeks we may ship your order separately at the rate determined by the entire order placed. Special order items are an exception as these are not regularly stocked items. |

| Split Ship |
In-stock items are sent promptly and S&H is billed at the rate for the value of the shipped portion. All remaining B/O's will be held and shipped when they are all in at the rate for that portion. |

| Cancel Backorders |
We send and charge you for what is in stock only. If there is an overpayment on prepaid (cheque) orders, due to out of stock items, please indicate whether you wish a refund or leave the credit on account. |
| Rush |
Next day shipping for in stock items only. Add $25.00 to regular S&H charges. B/O’s are considered a separate order and not ‘rush’ unless specified. |

| Pick Up |
If you come in and pick your order off the shelf - there is no shipping & handling charge. And we would be happy to give you a hand. |

If we pull your order - the handling charge to have the order ready and waiting for you is only half the normal shipping rate. Please allow time for us to pull the order. In our busy season from July to November this may take several days. We will call or email you when your order is ready. |

When will I receive my order?
This depends mostly on the shipping option you select. Please indicate any special requests with the order. We ship all complete orders within a few days of receiving them, however during our busiest months (August to October) it may take up to 3 weeks to get them out the door.
Returns?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item is not exactly what you were expecting, please phone for a return authorization number and shipping instructions within two weeks of receiving it. Returns not accompanied with a return authorization number may be refused, and returned to you at your expense. Requests for a return past two weeks may be denied, but if accepted, will be subject to a restocking fee with the balance available only as a Credit On Account. Items must be received by us in brand new, resalable condition.
Please note: some items may not be returnable - e.g. software, special orders, CDs & cassettes, novels. Please enquire when placing your order. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
Our standard procedure is to credit your account with us for qualifying returns. If you require a refund a 2% processing fee may be deducted.
Price Matching?
We are pleased to match prices of other Canadian catalogues, as long as their prices are still in effect. However, there may be certain items and conditions where we will be unable to do so. Please inquire upon ordering.
Price & Availability?
Many of our products are imported from the USA and are therefore subject to volatile exchange rates. Publishers also change prices with new printings without any notice, therefore we cannot guarantee the prices published in the catalogue. The prices given on our website will be considered the current price on in stock items. If an increase is significant , we will contact you for approval.
