Singapore Science P3/4 Interaction ActBk

There is a wide variety of challenging and interesting activities in the books, ranging from experiments and investigations and worksheets to projects and research on the Internet for information. These activities develop pupils' skills and processes, while helping them understand the purpose for inquiry.



The activity books for Primary 3&4 can be used in a school or home setting. Most of the activities require simple household items or items easily obtained in a grocery or department store. A few activities require more specialized but relatively inexpensive laboratory equipment, such as beakers, laboratory thermometers, Petri dish with agar, and iron filings, which can be obtained from a school science supply store. There are two activities that require a data logger and a heat or light sensor, but the activity can be done without.




The activity books do not include an answer key. Answers are found in the Teacher's Guide.



Following the themes of the latest Primary Science syllabus in Singapore, there are five books for Primary 3&4 – Diversity, Cycles, Systems, Energy and, Interactions.
